CybernaX announces a lipid licensing agreement with Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany
24 July 2024 — CybernaX today announced a licensing agreement with Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, a leading science and technology company headquartered in Darmstadt, covering the proprietary high-performance lipid library developed in house by CybernaX.
The collaboration centers on the CybernaX proprietary lipid technology for nucleic acid delivery. CybernaX lipids offer efficient mRNA encapsulation and delivery, a favorable safety profile, and selective delivery to specific non-hepatic targets — capabilities that are essential to the development of nucleic acid medicines and to their application in new therapeutic areas.
