CybernaX presents extrahepatic delivery data at the RNA-Based Therapeutics & Vaccines Summit Asia

Almost every approved LNP medicine goes to the liver, because that is where ApoE adsorption sends the particle. Getting anywhere else means changing the particle rather than the dose. The presentation walked through how CybernaX combines library-scale lipid screening with formulation and payload work to shift tissue tropism, and why doing so also widens the window between an effective dose and a tolerated one.

  • Lipid nanoparticle design choices that govern organ-specific delivery
  • AI-assisted and machine-learning screening of novel lipids with distinct organ tropism, improving efficacy while reducing toxicity to broaden the dosing window
  • How current LNP engineering strategies and library designs hold up for effective extrahepatic targeting

The summit convened more than eighty RNA specialists from across Asia — CxO level, heads of R&D and CMC, and business development leads — with the aim of moving RNA modalities toward commercial reality faster.
